Keith has a BS in Physics from Fordham University, an Electrical Engineering equivalent from Manhattan College and an MBA in Finance from Dowling College, New York.
Deirdre Samaroo, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, stands at the forefront of Samaroo Development Group. For over 30 years, she has led the operations of the family business.

Chief Construction Officer
Michael Winarski has over 18 years experience in the construction industry, with the last 8 years primarily focused on land acquisition and entitlements, and both horizontal and vertical construction alike. His construction management expertise in design build, development Proforma’s, and budget analysis has given him project precision and outlined accuracy. Michael is a licensed builder, with a State of Tennessee Builders Association unlimited license status in both residential and commercial construction. He has the ability and allowance to construct any size project without restriction. Michael founded WIN Building Group LLC and WIN Development LLC. Michael has strong insight and knowledge on the logistics of adding value to any project scale. He is an expert in the land development approval process with navigating planning and zoning municipal requirements, while utilizing his strong engineering and architectural relationships. Michael has over $30M in completed construction projects to date.
Chief Financial Officer
Keith Shackleford (Shack) joined real estate development in 2021 after a distinguished 25 years in the music business and 17 years developing his real estate portfolio. While developing and leading a top music agencies festival division from 10M per year in bookings to over 65 million per year, he was also acquiring a long term and short term rental portfolio in Nashville and Chattanooga. During this time he also built a boutique management company focusing on urban core rentals in Nashville. In addition to building a personal residential portfolio, he has also been an LP Investor in over 200 M in development, value add, multi-family and hospitality projects in Nashville and Atlanta, GA.
Shack grew up in Chattanooga TN, graduating from TN Tech with a degree in Education and Math. He took off the summer after graduating to tour the country selling merchandise at music festivals, which led to the beginning of an unintended 25 year career in the music business - from management to agent, where he retired from the business in 2021 as Head of Festivals at Wasserman Music. During his tenure he brokered hundreds of acts ranging from Imagine Dragons, Dave Matthews Band, Blake Shelton, Old Dominion, Zedd, Halsey, Shawn Mendes and many others across all genres in North America.
When he is not pouring over spreadsheets and proformas, he can be found traversing the world in search of his next favorite tropical location, throwing his golf clubs into the woods at McCabe Golf Course, or walking off the enduring energy off his pup, Riggs.
